202) Life Events and How They Work

I had an interesting dream this morning that clarified to me how the many life events we go through over the years create the individual we are now.  Like many others, I sometimes wish that I knew ahead of time how events would turn out, but this dream made me realize that this information may not be as helpful as we think it would be.  Goals we set and our ambition to achieve them may change depending on our behaviors during the critical 'event' we are currently going through. 

In this dream, I was happily watching a movie about an older man being a mentor to a young male. I do not recall the specific details in the movie, but watched as they together endured various significant 'life events' to create the best life for the young male, ultimately being a famous basketball star, his lifelong dream.  

At the end of the show, the same 'movie' started again, but this time as I watched I recalled how it was an exact repeat and that I'd now know the ending.  However, in the middle of the movie, one difference was that the young male now picked up an advertisement in the shape of an index card that showed his life events and the ultimate outcome, showing he achieved his dream goal! 

He understood he currently was going through one of the major 'life events' shown on the card.  The last and final event was to be that he would obtain a 'basketball scholarship' which ultimately leads him to his life's goal.  He showed the mentor this "advertisement card" with the life events and felt he now could stop working toward this goal so diligently since the outcome was known!  However, instead of motivating him to work harder, he changed his behaviors and stopped pursuing his dream, as he felt it was a 'done deal' .  I knew because of this knowledge that the ending of this movie was now going to be different. 

I awoke with such clarity as to how this all works and why we have to learn to be the best we can be without exactly knowing how the 'movie' will end.  We DO need to keep focused on the end goal, knowing it will come, but always looking for the steps the Universe will put in our path to obtain them, even if it's another 'life event' we must get through. 

201) Flying Once Again!

Excited to offer another post about my reconnection to my astral travel and dreamwalking! As you may have read in my posts, I was a prolific dream traveler with out of body experiences in the past, but took a break when my life changed so much (for the better) and I felt I needed to focus on THIS physical life experience so I would have that many more memories to take with me when I go.    

With another turn of events and a reopening to my energies to this astral travel, I am finding so many synchronicities in my daily life that support this effort to reconnect.  Last night was a reawakening experience, and one that solidified my resolution to continue to do more. 

 

As usual, I naturally awoke after 4-5 hours of sleep and tossed and turned for a bit.  Mentally asking the Universe for some help in reconnecting, I focused on channeling energy as I used to do with affirmations, as taught by William Buhlman in his informative books on out of body travel.

 

When you are starting to reconnect (or learning for the first time) how to astral travel and get out of body, the hardest part (for me, at least!) is to recognize WHEN you are dreaming! That is called becoming 'lucid' within a dream. I was able to do this last night, which makes me thrilled to know I’m again learning how!

 

For some background, I’ve been intently reading the various books by Dolores Cannon, which I feel may have helped stimulate this ‘wake up’ within a dream as she speaks much of extraterrestrials and their impact in helping us on planet Earth. 

 

I remember walking along the driveway of my former childhood home and looking up to see this oblong silver disc flying above me! I knew immediately it was a UFO/extraterrestrial ship and at the same time, mentally said ‘Hi! Hello!’  (I also felt I was alone and wished my husband was here with me as he has a particular interest in seeing one!)

 

I am a little amazed I felt no fear when I first saw it, but then when it slowed and stopped just a short way ahead of me and above me, I may have felt some ‘concern’ and that’s why it again took off in front of me. 

 

I watched it almost disappear, but then realized it was returning!  I started to run toward it!  While running, I became aware I was more flying than running and THAT triggered my awareness to know I was out of body! (I feel that ship was intentionally doing this for me!)

 

Once flying I felt SO free and happy and couldn’t stop mentally saying ‘Thank you! Thank you!’ over and over.  I was just SO happy to be consciously out of body once again! 

 

I mentally asked to anyone who could hear me, ‘How can I help you? or others?’ as a way of expressing my thanks and that’s when this ‘vision’ opened up before me.   There were cartoon-like characters happily talking, as if in a commercial.  They were saying “Welcome to CVQ! We’re so happy you’re here!”, as if it was an ad for some customer service.  (I also felt the CVQ was a play on words for the retail store CVS that is found all over the US)

 

It was warm, happy, and inviting place with these characters, but it didn’t last long as I could feel the ‘pull back’ to body happening.  Once that starts, it’s important that I ‘tag’ the key memories so I can remember more detail as I write/record them immediately upon full waking. 

 

It’s just amazing to know that it’s true what they say...Action follows thought! This is a thought-responsive dimension we live in, and we are all our own creators. What you focus on IS what you receive!

 

 

 

 

 

200) It's Time to Begin Again

So it's been a while since I've blogged any experiences here, but with some big changes in my life and lots of 'nudges' from the Universe, I'm jumping back into my 'otherworldly' experiences with astral travel and out of body experiences.  Thanks to Jaime's encouragement, I'm going to write a chapter in an upcoming book called, "Divine Dreamers - Wisdom and Guidance on Unlocking Your Soul Essence Through Lucid Dreaming & Astral Projection."  I will be sharing some of my techniques and ongoing learning in this book that will be available later this year. 

As I work on this chapter and get these 'nudges' from the Universe, I wanted to share with you a video that happened recently with our Ring motion detector.  When you watch the video, be sure to turn up the volume, as there is definitely a sound that is accompanying this orb! The way it moved, the sound that you hear, and toward the very end, a flash of light all indicates to me an otherworldly visitor stopping by. (Flashes of light frequently accompany inter-dimensional travel)  I was just inside the room at the bottom of the video when this happened.  This is the link to the video on YouTube: Otherworldly Visitor?
